Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of GetHired.ng ("GetHired", "we", "our", "us"). By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 10 years old and capable of entering a legally binding agreement under Nigerian law.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when necessary.

3. Use of the Service

• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
• Do not misuse pricing, credits, or payment systems.

4. Payments and Credits

Payments are handled via approved payment providers. Credits and subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated. If a CV is deleted, credits are not restored.

5. Intellectual Property

GetHired retains ownership of the platform, trademarks, and content. You retain ownership of your CV data. By using the service, you grant GetHired a license to process your data to provide the service.

6. Disclaimer

We provide CV generation tools but do not guarantee employment. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, GetHired will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in Nigerian courts.
